FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to own the PC games in order to play?
Not all of the games. Some games we offer are purchased by ASG, anyone can play. Other games we offer are free to make accounts for (Fortnite, Apex, etc.) & some games you do need to own (COD MW2, Dead by Daylight, etc).
Do I need to have a Steam, Epic, Blizzard account?
Well that depends on the game you are trying to play. Any “center account” games, no. Free-to-play games, you are able to make one on the spot for free! Games that we offer that you purchased at home, yes, of course. We don’t make the rules!
Do I need an appointment?
No! Most of our business is walk-in, first come first serve. We are a large space that is accommodating to large groups.
Are you kid friendly?
ALL AGES are welcome inside of our facility. We turn to 18+ after 8PM on Fridays and Saturdays to ensure safety.
Can I bring my own mouse, keyboard, or controller?
Yes! You can also borrow an Xbox One or PS5 controller if you forgot yours at home.

Why do you have to hold onto my ID for borrowing controllers? (joycons, ps5, and xbox)
We take your ID to use as collateral for the controllers.
Do you have consoles like Xbox or Playstation?
No, but we offer games that you may have on your consoles. All you need to do is log into your game account (Blizzard, Epic Games, EA, etc.) & you’re in!
What controllers do you offer for the Nintendo Switches?
Joy-Con controllers with either straps or comfort grip attachments. You can also bring your own if you prefer different.
Can I eat at the PCs?
You can eat anywhere in our space! All we ask is that you can be as neat as possible.
Can I order food to my PC?
You sure can. After logging into your ASG game account, click on the shop. There you can purchase any food item or non-alcoholic beverage.
I can’t hear any audio, what do I do?
There are a few ways to troubleshoot audio. Please ask one of our game staff to help you if you’re having issues. They are the pros!
What if I don’t use all of the gaming hours I purchased?
Don’t worry! Unused time stays on your account. That means you can walk right in, sit at a PC and pick up where you left off.
